I am running a TCL Google TV and have the latest Plex app installed.
It plays everything that I throw at it but it will not keep my tab preferences. ie. When I choose a library, say movies, it always defaults to the Recomendations tab instead of the Library tab. Also If I had things sorted by date added, that goes away and goes back to title as well.
Am I missing a setting? It works fine in the Roku app on my TCL Roku TV, just not in the android/google tv app.

In the Plex Android TV app, check Settings → Experience → Remember Selected Tab.
Thanks, that solved ½ of the issue, I had it checked but had to toggle it a couple of times for it to stick. It still defaults to Title on the sorting though. Not a big deal just annoying at times.
I ended up having to toggle that switch off and on a few more times. Now everything works as it should. Thanks!
