My Personal Cloud will not update via the Android TV app, therefore I am unable to view my personal cloud. Please advise.
I suppose “PersonalCloud” is the name of your Plex Media Server?!
Have you considered updating it directly from the machine that’s running it? Not all platforms on which PMS is running can update the server from within the app or without local user interaction.
