AndroidTV client unable to play with subtitles

Shield TV has the same issues that is also using Android tv…

“Unable to play media” on Shield Pro out of the blue!

Server Version#: 1.13.4.5271 Player Version#: 7.24.3.13840 This happened out of the blue…I use Plex all the time so I am really bummed. Plays/streams music fine but receive Unable to Play Media when trying to stream video files. Any Ideas? I have read the older thread with someone having the same problem but there was no solution given and they had older versions of the app. Thx
