So this anime I am adding called Highschool DxD now it has both Specials and a OVA how do I set this up? I know about putting it in a Specials folder but since they are 2 separate things how do I do this?

They are not 2 separate things.
The OVAs are listed at TheTVDB as ‘Specials’:
Which then leads to appropriate file naming in the Specials subfolder:

If your particular specials - Basically an OVA is going to be a special (unless it’s listed in the regular season) - isn’t listed you’ll just have to start at ‘S00E18’ and work up from there:
A TV Show Library/
…High School DxD/
…Season 00/
…High School DxD - S00E18 - Episode Name Optional.xxx
…High School DxD - S00E19.xxx
…then hand edit as required… (actually putting the episode name in the file name is helpful in this regard - trust me)
