Isn’t the triple tap accessibility shortcut via the Menu button, not the touchpad?

It’s the Menu button according to the accessibility settings but I just tried it and it works with the touchpad too.
Edit: it seems that the touchpad feature works without using the accessibility settings. TIL
Edit 2: my remote continues to function when using it. Does it always stop working for you @“Jammy B” or does it occur occasionally?

Even on Reddit now.
But the subtitle issue is another issue. Where even disabled. I have to choose OFF to remove them from screen.
