Hi @OttoKerner, the files didn’t have any Metadata. Or atleast the files in question. So I filled in only what I knew like artist names and album names.
Thanks @Moviefan. I figured out what was causing the disappearance act after trial and error for 2 hours. The matching off the singer and album was done in a sort of way that if the artist was not Caucasian, then you need to use their original name format (Chinese in this case) to match, but when it appears on Plex, it shows their English name. Sometimes the English name won’t appear, even if there is one (as it does appear on match database). So it’s sort of inconsistent and unfair in my opinion. But the important thing is I finally got the rhythm of how it works, should anothet album disappear like so. Thanks
