hi whenever i try a new version of plex subtitles disapear afther a minute or 3-5 maybe even shorter when i go back to plex 175 version the subtitles works fine and never disapear i safed that version on my usb stick so i never lose it but ye with all new version of plex subtitles disapeared could you guys fix that please. thnx.
ok thnx for the awnser i gues i keep using the 175 version til the devs fixes those issue.

Updated to the latest plex pass channel update, and the issue is still persisting as of today.

Same issue here. My partners first language is not English so we have subtitles on everything we watch. This bug is very annoying.
Can anyone explain which version i need to roll back to for windows PMS? I see people mentioning “version 175” but mine is apparently “Version 1.9.2.4285” so i think i’m missing something here.
