It is quite unlikely that Plexamp will be available on Roku.

Just like the GUI interface of plexamp and I think it would be great to have it on the plex server.

There is no Plex server on Roku either.
What you currently see on Roku devices is a Plex client.

Plexamp is primarily built for touch screens. With some provisions to be used with a mouse.
Neither of these input methods are available on Roku, to my knowledge.
