I have a user who sent me this tonight. She said she was watching a show, then it started to do this, and then it eventually stopped. She went back to the spot in the show where it started doing it and it did it again, and then stopped. She went back another time and it didn’t do it at all. She said its happened at other points for her too. She is using her built-in Roku Plex app on her cheapie TCL tv. The media playing in the video was direct streaming and only going at like 4 mbps, so not a demanding show by any means. Mostly I want to rule out if it is a server issue. I did see when talking to her in Plex’s system graph that I did see a weird spike, but I can’t tell if that happened after the issue had already stopped. Really frustrating that the system performance graph doesn’t go back more than 2 minutes…

Any ideas would be great. It never does this for me by the way but she also watches way more than I do.
