Playback keeps stopping mid way through watching

Player Version#: 8.34

i have been getting this error pop up randomly when watching something on plex.
there is nights where i can watch a full 2-3 hours with no issue then theres days where i get that error every 5-10 minutes

When that happens, can you grab the server logs ?

The most common causes are:

  1. Server - TV (Player) wifi
  2. server timeout (gets busy with something else)

Server debug logs ZIP file will tell us a great deal.
