Screen freezes intermittently and parts of the screen gets pixelated

When playing back certain software, the screen intermittently freezes and parts gets pixelated when it resumes. The freezing is random and lasts for half a second or so. Another version (different source) of the same show works fine and previous seasons works too
I don’t think it’s a buffering issue as I do not see the orange circle moving.

Attached is the logs from Plex which I hope wil shed some light.

“Statistics” don’t tell anything.

Need the full logs ZIP file ---- Especially “Plex Media Server.*.log” files (DEBUG logging enabled, VERBOSE logging disabled) which include the playback.

It looks like you deleted everything I need.
I can’t do anything with what you gave. Sorry.

The files should be about 3-5 MB when zipped.

I deleted all the files in the *\PlexMediaServer\AppData\Plex Media Server\Logs folder about a week ago thinking they were not needed.
Then I disabled Debug.
The logs I attached was what was captured after I enabled debug and went on the play my show.
Is there anything I can do now to get the required logs?

The easiest way to do this now is:

  1. Confirm DEBUG logging is enabled (no harm if you leave it on. Max space usage is 100MB). Also confirm VERBOSE logging is disabled.

  2. Restart PMS

  3. Give it a minute or two to start (typical Syno startup)

  4. Now recreate the problem

  5. As soon as it fails – Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs

  6. Attach the ZIP file it gives you here so I can see it.
