Anyone else having trouble downloading?

I used to have issues with the sync function but eventually got it to work after a few attempts, but now with this new download function I can’t seem to get it to work. It’s fine on my iphone but my older tablet won’t download a single thing. For what it’s worth I have a Samsung T713. Is it possible that it’s too old and I can’t download to this?

Many are having this issue, have been for months, no fix from plex
