Plex Sync broken-doesnt download to device

Hello,
I dont know what is wrong but Plex Sync on an iphone 7, and two Galaxy s10’s will not sync. It gets to 50%, says its downloading, then after 5 minutes or so, goes into a loop of queued, downloading. I have made sure that PMS is updated, made sure the client is updated, tried removing and reinstalling. And nothing.

Suggestions?

I’m also having issues similar to this.

I am also have this issue syncing to Samsung S8, phone is at 50% but is just stuck at waiting to download.

Managed to get sync working again by removing the sync items formatting the sd card and re-syncing
