Ok Plex, it’s time. How many negative sentiments from your loyal customer base are required to have any kind of response from senior management at Plex. How can anyone feel that what has gone on over the last few weeks is acceptable, to then leave a handful of dev team members to try to help a large and very annoyed customer base to find a pathway forward for features that have been crippled in the “New Experience”.
I never thought that I’d suggest anyone look toward Sonos for a roadmap, that is just how far Plex has fallen from what was a tenuous position to start with.
It really is time for Keith Valory (CEO), Scott Olechowski (CPO), Jason Uptake (CFO), Matt DePietro (CMO), Schuler Ullman (CTO) to publicly take accountability and lead us to a better position in the short to medium term.
