What’s the best way to capture the logs and send them to you? The server won’t stay running for much more than a few seconds, so I can’t do much through the web interface. Settings - server DEBUG logging ON, VERBOSE logging OFF Restart PMS Wait 2-3 minutes (for CPU to quiesce) Settings - Server - Troubleshooting - Download Logs Attach the ZIP in the PM.

Like I said, the server won’t stay running long enough to do anything in the web interface. The main process crashes out leaving some orphaned plug-in processes behind.

Grab a tar.gz of the “Logs” directory and attach it. We’ll use whatever we can get. If need be, we can edit “Preferences.xml” directly to set logging levels.

@ChuckPa im having the same issue aswell, i did a reinstall of my plex server and changed the name of the server. Can you or someone else reset my certificate aswell? :slight_smile:
