When I use my iPhone 13 Pro Max (iOS 16.1.2) to play a HDR movie with a quality preset (in the quality settings of the app), plex choose the right version of my movie to direct stream.

But the quality is bad, the problem is that plex transcode my HEVC movie to H264 with the message : « App cannot direct play this item. No direct play video profile exists for protocol http, with container mkv, and video codec hevc. ».

Without the maximum quality preset (which play the file without any transcoding) the movie play without any quality loss and no error message is displayed
