App Central Plex server app older than current

Server Version#: 1.21.3.4046
The latest version available in the Asustor App Central is 1.21.3.4046 while i keep being notified 1.21.4.4079 version is available to download from a week ago or so.

Asustor do recommend not to install apps outside from the App Central.

Is the update pending review and it is common to have this delay or is the app not being updated in the store?

The issue keeps repeateing, now the new update 1.22.0.4163 is available from almost 2 weeks but the APP central only shows the version 1.21.4.4079-1b7748a7b.

Why are the updates for asustor so unrealiable? The machine is great with Plex Pass.
