I’m getting an app not installed message when I attempt to install it. Can someone help me with this issue?
Can you confirm on what exact platform you’re trying to install the app (device, OS/version, many particular App Store)?
I click on a link from a post in the forum which downloaded a plex app I believe.
Apparently it wasn’t a fix for the problem.
Is the problem with plex working while in DEX mode resolved,?

Not sure about the DEX issues you’re mentioning. I guess Plex doesn’t have much support for alternative display modes of the UX.
As for the install error… could be you’re using an incompatible installer (e.g. a file targeted for a different platform or CPU infrastructure). With you guessing what you actually installed, it’s hard to know for sure.
