App.plex.tv from Safari on Mac cannot see my content (everything else works)

I cannot access my content specifically on Safari on my local Mac.
Firefox is fine.
Brave will not even connect to the server (hangs with the Plex logo).

I am not running any local VPN.
I don’t have anti-malware etc running (I have them but switched them off for this test).

All other methods work; I can access my content both locally and remotely through all devices and even using app.plex.tv on Safari locally (iOS) and remotely (macOS).

Does anyone have any idea?
