App.plex.tv is unable to connect to shield android tv securely

Hi, please can you help me as I have tried so many things but I cannot seem to get the app.plex.tv to see my Shield Android TV

Did you also use your Shield as Plex Media Server or what is your Server?
If you use it as Server, take a PC in your local network, open your browser and open the site: app.plex.tv or install Plex for Windows and open it.

Also you can use: http://yourIP:32400
or: plex.tv/web

Hi, thanks for getting back.

Yes I m using the shield for the Plex Media Server and when I open app.plex.tv on my mac on the same network I get the message Unable to connect to “SHIELD Android TV” securely. See attached image.

Hiya,

Plex had disconnected from Shield. Went back into Shield settings, storage and reconnected.
