App.plex.tv not working

hi,

i have plex in a Synology, and my remote access was working well until yesterday, and for no reason is not working anymore, I check the setup and the remote access is still available, but when I go on app.plex.tv or in my tv with the app, my local server is not there.

Can someone help me?

Ok I have updated my synology package to the lastest version, and now is even worst, my server is not working even in my local environment:

Ok, I have restored my local version, and everything is working, also from my phone app plex is working well, only app.plex.tv is not working.

Do you know if something has been updated ? Have they released a new version?

I downgraded to 1.29.0.6244 from 1.29.2.6364-6d72b0cf6 but i’m still experiencing issues running off windows. The TV and mobile apps work fine, i’m able to play files locally via web/desktop apps but the web/desktop apps will not work remotely.

Error message: app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “XXXXX” securely

i downgraded to 1.18 and i have disabled and re-enabled uPnp, disabled remote and re-enabled remote and it’s working now

Without server logs it is near impossible to trouble shoot this.
