Help with remote access down suddenly

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Player Version#: 10.6.0.5141
Using remote access for years. Mostly working. Suddenly stopped working. Checked the basic settings seems ok. Rebooted everything including router, no change. Works on local net, but not away from local LAN. But app.plex.tv works fine even when away from LAN which suggest the server is accessible.

Not sure how to fetch logs from Android phone. Pixel 6.

Server is on a Synology. Updated it about a week ago. Maybe related? Should I downgrade Plex server?

Also curious is that Plexamp still works away from LAN.

I am using a fritzbox with the following port forwarding rules (like i said this has worked for me for years now) so i’m a bit hesitant to change them.

Would a log from the server help?

I downgraded to 1.32.7.XXXX but it didn’t help. So far, I have also tried uninstalling & re-installing the app on my Pixel 6, also no effect. I tried playing with the secure connections setting from Always to Only on same network, also no effect.

But when I use my phone to hotspot and give wifi to my computer (to simulate being on external network), both the app and app.plex.tv work.

On my wifes iphone it’s the same issue as on my android. The Plex app works on wifi but not on cellular. But app.plex.tv works when used in the browser. So I think i’ve managed to rule out a single player or single phone settings as being the cause. Also pretty sure the server is accessible outside otherwise app.plex.tv wouldn’t work right? Also important to note that Plexamp works fine on external network and LAN. What am i missing?

Very frustrating that the remote access can just go down and then it’s so hard to figure out the issue.

Seems the issue resolved itself as this is again working now. I assume the downgrade did have an effect after all. Maybe the system needed a day to refresh/rescan the libraries.
