App Stuck in "synchronising information"

for some iterations (i would say last 5 beta releases) the app is stuck in “Synchronizing Information” and will not continue/finish the sync. On the server there is no apparent action show running relating to that sync.
Due to this new media can only be added killing the app and starting the sync from start which will first sync the media and the again block in “synchronising information”.

This needs to be fixed!

Most times i schedule the sync from plex/web and the grab my phone which due to the bug then has not synced these new items. Same goes for automatic syncs for new media which are not working due to this bug.

this is what sync looks like from the gui. You can see that it seems to be running…

BTW: @plex-devs will you receive feedback when i file an issue via the Beta-Feedback of TestFlight or is this going right to the bin and i need to file issues here?

Only way to fix this is to remove all content from the device, then remove the device from plex, and restart fresh.
