my Android app shows “Synchronisation not possible”, when I go into sync status and onto a particular item. See screenshot.
Most of the content I synced quite a while ago and sadly I’m more or less used that synced stuff gets lost in Plex, but it does that also for freshly synced items. The weird thing is: it still works. I put my phone in airplane mode and can play all content.
Does somebody have the same problem?
(Version: Android App 5.1.2.271, Server 1.2.7.2987 on Ubuntu)
BTW, I recently had a very similar issue on the iPad, but there I had to re-sync everything. Great if you notice the day before a 14h flight. I really wish Plex would one day implement some sort of quality control. Nightly tests. The usual stuff which every toy app developer does. It’s really a shame.
