A new version (1.4.2) of Apple Configurator popped up in my Software Update window and one of the changes listed is "Improved configuration and MDM enrollment of Apple TV." Sounds potentially ominous. Anyway, it got me wondering if Apple could alter Apple Configurator so the fake certificate hack to enable PlexConnect would no longer work.
Is that possible?
Let them we can do it without it using that using various methods such as a webserver on osx, webserver.py on windows all using the built in profile installer by using the original appletv remote to add profiles by selecting play on send data to apple while it says no in atv settings, iphone config util also.
