I’d like for a Plex admin to respond here.
Why is it that many people myself included experience categories disappearing when you scroll the left navigation. I have a screen shot to show. If I click in the category and come back out it appears. Seems like a bug?
I’m unable to reproduce that. What version of the app are you using?
You say it happens after clicking on the library. Does this happen when you go right from the sidebar and then come back left? That should be the same behavior.
Apple 4K TV - Plex app version 8.6 (3177).
I observed this behaviour when starting the app and immediately scrolling the categories on the left side. It’s missing per my screenshot.
If I click the category and back out it reappears.
There are other members acknowledging this behaviour in FB Plex groups I am a member of.
Thanks for the clarification. I’m still unable to reproduce this. Do you see the missing library every time you start the app? Is it always that same library?

Is this happening on gen 1 or gen 2 Apple TV 4K may I ask?
I have the latest that came with the updated silver remote.
