Apple 4K Tv Locking Up When Selecting a Category

When I go to a category such as movies Plex locks up and spirals for up to 5 minutes. Sometimes it will then load the movies, other times it will exit Plex altogether. This is happening on 3 different 4K Apple tvs. Not sure what to do. I have heard of other people having the same issue. I have a 3070ti card unlocked for transcoding and a powerful computer with 940/940 internet so that is not a problem. There is no buffering of media, just locking up when I go to enter a category such as movies, tv, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

What exact Apple TV 4K models are those and what version of the Plex client do you have installed on those streaming boxes?

Transcoding and your server’s power shouldn’t play a role at the stage of simply accessing your libraries.

I have had the problem on both the first 4K Apple TV and the newest one. I am currently trying the newest 4K Apple TV. Plex Apple TV version 8.16(5285).
