Apple TV app accessing random IP addresses

Since the recent app update (2.2 (12338)), remote Apple TV apps keep trying to connect to random IP addresses belonging to Linode. My Bitdefender Box router blocks the ip addresses calling them suspicious. I’ve allowed 10 IPs, but it seems that new connections are made to new ip addresses constantly and the new IPs are blocked. I can’t add ranges to the Bitdefender Box whitelist, so each new IP blocked must be individually allowed.

I don’t see any way to add a static server IP in the updated app either, what changed???
