Apple TV Goes To Sleep and Interrupts Music

Player Version#: 7.11 (22422) on tvOS 14.3 (18K561) on Apple TV 4K 32GB

What I do: I have my Apple TV 4K set to the default sleep time of 15 minutes, with the screen saver coming on after 5 minutes. When I’m playing a long audio track (eg: 20 minutes), the Apple TV will first go to screensaver and then go to sleep, cutting off the music.

What I would expect: The Apple TV will keep playing music and displaying the cover art in Plex without going to sleep.

What happens: The Apple TV goes to sleep while playing music, interrupting the playback.

On suggestion from some Reddit thread I found, I restarted the Apple TV. Even though I’d set up a camera to record the problem to help troubleshoot, it no longer repro’d.

If I’m able to reproduce it in the future I’ll grab more information.
