When playing a Live TV channel, pressing pause will pause the channel. Pressing pause a second time displays a pinwheel then begins playback at the point the channel was started. You can jump forward 15 seconds at a time, but the timeline/scroll wheel does not work and also reverts to the time the stream began. The only way to easily get to the live time if the stream has been playing for more than a few seconds is to stop the stream then start it again.
Live TV playback in the web browser does not have this issue.
