I’m having an issue where for a tv show, I have episodes that are split into multiple parts, across multiple files, and each part also has its own corresponding external subtitle file (srt). I have named the files according to Plex’s naming scheme, and the multiple parts themselves play just fine, one after the other. I can confirm that on the Web player and on the iOS app, the correct subtitles play for each corresponding part of the episode. However, on Apple TV, although the episode part files (they are mp4) play correctly together, the subtitles for part 1 will play from the beginning when the part 2 video starts playing. I only have this issue on Apple TV.
Here is the file structure. I made sure it follows the Plex convention, and again I have no issues on the web player or iOS.
