On Apple TV, I am getting the following message when trying to open content on Paramount+, Discovery+, ITVX, My5 and UKTV Play.
“Unable to link to the title or service”
“We are unable to launch [service] on this device. Would you like to search the App Store for it?”
Is this a bug?

I’m seeing the exact same thing. And it happens for the Arrow app as well. The only one that seems to be working is Amazon.
The following services work for me…
Apple TV+
Netflix
Amazon Prime
Disney+
But the following don’t work
ITVX
My5
UKTV Play
Discovery+
Paramount+

I just subscribed to Lionsgate+. Plex won’t open this app either.
How do we report these issues?

Same for me, add AMC+ and Peacock to the “doesn’t work” category… why do some services launch while others don’t? I’ve also experienced this issue with individual show episodes that fail to launch even with the services that “do work.”
In theory it’s a great feature, but frustrating when it doesn’t work. Hoping a fix is on the way soon!

Unfortunately this is going to need manual fixing of each service to figure out the deep link pattern needed and I don’t know how long that will take.
Sure, here’s a couple of shows for starters… “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” on Paramount+ and “Dark Winds” on AMC+. Both appear in PLEX Discover (with all of the episode details) however the “unable to link” message displays instead of launching those shows.

Yep I don’t have AMC to test but I see the same message with Strange New Worlds on Paramount+
Unable to link to John Wick 4 on STARZ… or launch anything on STARZ at all. For STARZ, Paramount+ or AMC+, I’m instead linked to the Apple app store to open those services… very strange.
Can’t link to “Lupin Part 3” on Netflix, but parts 1 & 2 are linked.
Another broken link: “School Spirits” on Paramount+
I seem to be having problems with anything on Max (IE, The Sopranos or The Outsider) and Paramount+ (IE, Mayor of Kingstown or Amazing Race).
And while we’re at it, Plex also doesn’t seem to pick up new episodes of Motorweek on PBS.
I’m having similar issues, but with Adroid TV devices. MAX seems to be a big one that is having issues across multiple hardware platforms.
I’m having the same problems with various services as well…RTL+, ARD, Arte, Paramount+…
It shouldn’t take that long IMHO to fix some broken URLs…?
Still not linking to any shows on Paramount+, Starz, AMC+ and Max… “Unable to Link” message also occurs when directly clicking on the icons for those services.

Appreciate the quick reply, can anything be done to escalate? It’s a brilliant feature, but frustrating when links are consistently broken.
So, links to launch content on Max are working again, thanks to whoever fixed that! Now just need AMC+, Paramount+ & Starz links fixed.
