Some Streaming Services connected on the Apple TV Plex app will not open titles.
An error screen saying “Unable to link to the title or service” “We are unable to launch on this device. Would you like to search the App Store for it?”
Works fine for Netfix, Apple TV+ and Disney+ titles. Error comes up for Prime Video, Paramount+, Crave, Criterion titles… Is this a bug with the Plex App?

Streaming services have all been selected in Settings, but Plex randomly fails to link from the Watchlist for some Netflix and HBO titles. The link can also fail mid-series, working on a few episodes, then suddenly doesn’t work. Linking to AMC+ is totally broken, which means backing out of Plex, then directly launching the AMC+ app on ATV. I’ve also checked (and checked again) to ensure my services have been properly selected.
Failures aside, it’s an awesome feature (when it works) but still feels like it’s in beta… can anyone at Plex provide an update on what’s happening?
Same here (Netherlands). All services I used so far are linking fine except Amazon Prime.
I am getting the same error message for Peacock and Paramount+.
For me Amazon Prime shows works, but those on addon channel like Warner pass (in France) don’t.
It seems that it’s ok for all my amazon channels with today’s app update 
This is happening for me on a few streaming apps. Is there any more info for this issue?
I am also having this issue in the UK:
Device: Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) - 2843
tvOS Ver: 16.5 (20L563)
App Ver: 8.22 (6477)
Linking from watchlist works fine for titles available on BBC iPlayer, however when using other main UK apps (such as ITVX, Channel 4, Channel 5, UKTV Play, Now TV) just brings up the ‘Unable to link to the title or service’ error, despite the apps being installed.
The watchlist feature seems to work fine through the web app on a MacBook and through the iOS app on an iPhone 13.
Same issue and same error on AppleTV4k for Crunchyroll. It works on Plex via Web. Strange.
@alexjohnj This issue with the Plex app for Apple TV not being able to link to a streaming service has been going on for quite a long time. I’m seeing the same issue on my Apple TV app. The linking to the streaming service works fine on the iOS app. Can you say whether or not this is an issue with the Plex app for Apple TV or is it possibly some issue within the Apple TV OS that prevents it from working?
