Playback random frame stutter caused by dropped frames

Here is another video with the Apple TV debug overlay over the top. All is going fine until towards the end of the video when 107 frames are dropped in a matter of seconds. https://share.icloud.com/photos/0jYvw1sXRlIFCiDeSe0gwJ1Vw (Hope the above link works).
