Appletv 4k , plex and 4k file stutters

I have atv4k 3rd gen , firetv cube 2nd gen and LG Oled webos and for some reason some of my 4k video files stutter on the appletv 4k but are perfectly fine on all the other devices… is there some problem with Plex and Apple 4k (3rd gen) ? very weird…
I use Infuse Pro and it works fine as well
Also HdHomerun quits back to guide all on its on with just audio sometimes and sometimes the guide just doesn’t move around when flipping back from a live stream…

Is there a dedicated Apple tv forum here ?

Probably need to know a bit about one of the files that is causing this to start. Would you mind sharing the plex media info XML

Could it be tied to this issue? Release 8.12 introduced so many performance issues on the Apple TV.

I put on the app Infuse Pro and the same 4k files work perfectly…
