Plex Media Server for NAS version 4.98.2

Please verify the PMS version. 4.98.2 is the version of Plex Web.

PMS version is displayed in Settings → Server_Name → General, and will be 1.29.2.xxx, 1.30.0.xxx, etc.

audio/video sync failure

Audio sync is a known problem. Plex devs are working on a fix.

Apple TV 4K audio sync issues with enhanced player

If you go back to the start of this thread, you’ll see people reporting the issue with different content, including 4K and 1080p, but only with the enhanced player, and we reproduced this in our own testing as well. As Ridley mentioned, people do experience this differently on different hardware, and in our own comparisons between different players, they’re no more consistent than our own player. What is displayed in the Plex Dashboard’s Expanded View when streaming?

If everything is local, but the Dashboard shows remote or indirect, it can help with troubleshooting.
