Sometimes (but frequently) after I play something on the AppleTV, I get a playback error where the AppleTV app loses connection to the server and shows the relevant Playback Error message. It usually happens after playing something for a few episodes or, with certain files, Plex does a thing where the screen goes blank except for the spinning wait thing, and then it seems to skip back to a bit earlier and continues to play. In some cases when it does this, it will continue to go back as if on loop. I mainly use the AppleTV to play stuff across local WAN, and I haven’t noticed this when, for example, being remote over the holidays and using the Mac Desktop app, or when using the iPhone mobile app (though not an absolute). I’d like to know if anyone else has this issue and/or if there is something that I need to do to fix this?
