I have 2 Apple TVs with Plex app installed. Both connected via Cat6
One has no problems with playback and never experiences any hangs
THe other hangs during episode playback
I have uninstalled Plex and reinstalled on the Apple TV to no avail
Upgraded to the latest version
I did download the Apple TV logs (attached)

which show an error connecting to the Cloud plex tv server and to my server

I am struggling o trouble shoot this and every time it happens my only resolution has been to reboot the Apple TV
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
