Hi, is it only my device, or Plex on AppleTV does not support Atmos pastthrough. The same device, the same file being played using Infuse, is causing the Samsung soundbar to detect Atmos metadata and the display on the soundbar is showing Dolby Atmos.
Does Plex on AppleTV has support for Dolby Atmos passthrough at all?
Plex can’t/won’t do this. Infuse can/will.
Any reason why not Plex?
We’ve stated previously that this is something that we will do, however, I can’t provide an ETA, I’m afraid.

Is there a roadmap available? Also, do you allow users to request and vote for the most important features to add? I’d say DA for ATV is critical from user experience point of view.
I am starting to understand why jellyfin is receiving so much love and people moving from plex to new platform.
