Arabic subtitle is not showing in the right way on Xbox 360 and it is disconnecting from the server

hi 

I install the Plex for Xbox360 after long waiting for the client release ,then i buy the Plex Pass so i get it working on my Xbox 360 

the client is disconnecting from the server time to time even after update to the PMS server 9.11

and also the Arabic subtitle is not working in the right way (Cross-section of characters)

Could you provide debug logs from the server when this happens?

Approximately how often is client getting disconnected from the server?

Unfortunately Arabic subtitles are not supported. Xbox 360 can't render Arabic subtitles.
