I love the idea of plex arcade, been using it for a couple of days and I have a few questions.
I can get the Atari games to load and play on a browser. however when I load my MAME ROMs they will load but the standard keyboard mapping for “coin” and “player start” don’t work ( “1” & “5”). so I’m just teased with the arcade demo screen just like when I was a kid and out of quarters :(.
I’ve done a ton of button mashing for a MAME menu to no avail, Is there anyway I can see the MAME mappings? These were posted but do not have coin and 1st player start mappings Input and Controls - Libretro Docs
I tried loading up different Arcade cores like MAME 2010 and 2003, but none of the ROMs would load up.
The android TV app behaves weird when loading ROMs. I can load one ROM and it seems to work fine but when I exit the Game (back button) it seems to play in the background. When selecting a new ROM, PLEX brings me back to game in the background. I’ve tried the “play” and “restart” opinions in the game menu, but the same thing occurs. I have to kill the plex app to start a new game.
I’m excited about plex arcade! I hope you work out the bugs soon!
