Are Collections different now?

My server is running v 1.5.1.3520, new design, yehaw.

Unfortunately, my collections of audiobooks seem to be pretty much fubar now.

For example, I have an audiobook, that consists of about 20 CDs, each CD with a different cover. I used to combine such audiobooks in collections and all CD where listed in that collections, with every CD showing the correct cover.

With the new interface, there’s just all tracks listed there, with no seperation. Just a giant list of tracks. No covers shown for convenience and eye candy.

Am I missing something?

edit: The android app shows collections as it was before the new interface was introduced.

I haven’t personally noticed a difference yet, but go read the release notes for the last few PMS releases. Stuff is changing regarding collections, yes.

Could you provide a screenshot?
I’m sure we can find a solution.

Collections work as before, btw.
With the new interface, they are even a little bit more useful for movies.

Ideally add a screenshot of that for comparison as well, please.

my server is running 1.4.4.3495 and an update about a month ago changed this for me, but ive never had a seperate pictures for each disc, its only ever shown one cover.

it used to look like this

This has nothing to do with collections. The developers have already signalled that they intent to restore the Disc x separators.

Any word on when the separators are going to be back? Audiobooks and YouTube tuts are unusable after the change.
