Are Music Playlists Tied to Specific Libraries?

If I have a song on a music playlist that shows up in two of my music libraries and then I delete one of those libraries will the song be removed from the playlist? Does it matter which library I was browsing when I originally added the song to the playlist?

Also, are the music playlists stored in any sort of standard format that I could export to another program? If so, where are those files?

I am pretty sure that the playlist stores a reference to the library, so it makes a difference from which library it was added to the playlist.

Playlists are stored in the internal Plex database. This is not a standard format.

There is currently an export in .m3u8 format possible in the developer version of WebTools. Import will be following as well, once it is released.
