M3u music playlist no longer global, each playlist is per library

I have 2 music libraries, and there are m3u playlists in each library.

Up until a recent update, all playlists were visible in Plexamp not matter what library you had selected.

Now the playlists are separated per library, is there setting I can change to make all playlists global?
