When I originally created my music library (back in 2016) I just pointed plex to my iTunes directory. Well it’s structure and tagging were a mess. I’ve finally gotten sick of it and made the time to fix all the tagging on the files.
After fixing the tags, I add the files to a new directory & library. I still have the original library. So now the songs are in both libraries. It’s my intention to eventually remove the original library.
One thing…my music library has files in multiple languages (English and Hebrew).
I’ve noticed that Plex will sometimes apply ratings to songs in my new library that were assigned in the old. Cool 
My questions:

I have playlists created with the original library. If I delete the original library, will those playlists empty or repopulate with files from the new library?

I know I can export playlists in plex, If I export my playlists how can I re-import them? If I can do this then I can export them, delete the old library and import them to the new.

Is there any update to the whole “how do I transfer playlists between users” question? I know back in 2016 there was a WebTools work around. I never got that to work and now it’s 4y and lots of versions of DSM and Plex later so any thoughts here would be much appreciated as well!
