Why did you get rid of the old plex app.

I dont mind you releasing this buggy app for testing purposes, i use it for 90% of my streaming. It is beautiful.

This new plex version just told me that the file i was trying to play the audio or the video is not supported. This happened last week, and i went to the old app and it played perfectly.

Others like me paid you guys, so that we can have a working media player on our xbox. I signed up when plex for xbox 360 and xbox one was a member only privledge… this is how you guys thank us for your support. Shoving a seriously buggy app down our throats…

I just read moussa’s fixes for common problems… seems to fix things , sorry to act so angry, i just was upset that the original app was removed from my xbox. You dont have to actively support it, but you should not have removed it from our xboxs

Hi Mate, I was with u, Plex is life, and i seem to have had to step back :frowning: …

But as long the dev’s are working on the app now and it doesnt take a year for an update it should be gravy

It’s a bad joke. How is this release not an alpha?

Not a joke. Plex was/is not able to update the old app anymore and had to move to the new framework.

It’s essentially a brand new app and will have a few glitches/bugs that will need to be fixed. The devs are staying up on this and following the forums closely.
