This happens frequently. Is there a fix?
Alas there is no fix that I’m aware of. It’s been like this for what feels like years. Only happens on the mobile/tablet devices but happens for anything you can scroll! Artists, albums, movies, tv shows etc…
To somewhat mitigate against this issue I’ve found scrolling very slowly helps but again does not eliminate the problem.
Once you get a blank entry, like in your screen shot, the only solution at that point is to change the view and start scrolling again.
Your reply about scrolling very slowly made me curious so I booted up an extremely slow Android 11 tablet which I don’t use and the problem doesn’t exist on it. I even updated the Plex app on it and still no issues. I’m going to have to tell my friends to only use iOS devices. That really sucks and probably costs Plex a lot of potential customers.
In case Plex reads this, my phone is a Nord OnePlus 5G so it’s not ancient nor slow.
Android 11 scrolling issues appear to be fixed in the latest update.
Spoke too soon. Scrollbar seems to work better. At least it’s not rolling backwards anymore but some images still not appearing.
