I am having an issue with transcoding 3D movies. When the file is direct streamed is looks fine, 3D on my 3D projector. When I turn on subtitles and it starts transcoding, the picture shrinks in half horizontally (for half-SBS) or vertically (half-OU). The same thing happens if I play it on a non 3D TV, playing normally you see the two pictures side by side and it fills the screen but when you turn on subtitles it compresses the side by side pictures. It looks like what it is doing is displaying the two pictures side by side with each side being 1080x960 and when it is transcoding each side is 540x960. I hope that makes sense, it is hard to explain,
