I installed the app from the NAS app store, got the plex login, logged in with credentials, it accepts, but when I click the app in the NAS, I get "

Not authorized

You do not have access to this server

Tried deleting app downloading from plexs website to get the most up to date version and installing manually, same issue

Ive searched around and cant find a solution, Im pretty certain its on the correct subnet, I saw something about “claiming” the server but have no idea how i put the code in, I dont know what else to do, Help?
