After a disk change on my PR2100 (with all my mediafiles), I could no longer access the newly installed PLEX server app. When I access the Plex Media Server in the dashboard of the PR2100 via the configuration URL (http://192.167.176.13:32400/web), I can first select a user. After this action and entering the PIN, the message appears: No authorization - You do not have access authorization for this server. Even in the Windows app, after logging in with my credentials, there is no NAS to see and no media to add. I have already done everything Plex can do (uninstalled server & app - also via SSH and in the Windows registry). Nothing has helped.
